Park Policy During Storms

A place for everything else... Talk smack, talk plastic, talk about when you're going to be at the course, and talk about that time you chained out!

Park Policy During Storms

Postby Ramsfan1 » Thu Dec 17, 2020 3:01 pm

As indicated by a recent Facebook post, Allaire closes the park before an anticipated storm of at least 6" of snow. This means our course is also closed. If there is ever a question as to whether or not the course is closed for play, please contact Frank directly or call the Park Office at the Allaire Visitors' center. For convenience sake, the Club will always try to communicate with our area players before decisions are made regarding closures.

In addition, OCP reserves the right to close down the entire park when winds in excess of 30 mph are present. Again, reach out to a CJDG member or contact the Ocean County Park Offices to determine if the park is closed before making a trip.
