Hi, Everyone! Thank you for playing the Battle at the Beach event run by Two Johns and hosted by The Jersey Shore Disc Golf Club. Below are some important items and procedures for tomorrow's event. Please read thoroughly.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive no sooner than 7:30 a.m. so the club has time to prepare and set up our tables, tent and merchandise bins.
CHECK-IN- Begins at 8:00 sharp. You will receive a caddy guide and a voucher good for $20 to the club store. The voucher MUST BE REDEEMED at check-in. Club tags are in play. Please drop your TAG AND LANYARD in the frisbee sitting on the table. Tags are available for purchase at the discounted price of $10 for the remainder of the season.
PLAYER MEETING: Begins promptly at 8:45. Attendance is mandatory. We will acknowledge our players, our TDs, our sponsors and those who have made it possible for us to have the tournament. We will give you the live scoring code and cover the layout, course rules and answer any questions you may have about any of the above.
ROUND 1: Will begin at about 9:15. You will hear a "two-minute" warning followed by a "start" command.
ROUND 2: Will begin one hour after the last card is turned in.
LUNCH: We encourage anyone who does not have a lunch to visit Bacoli Pizza on the corner of New Hampshire Ave/ Rt. 88. They are a club sponsor and are great people. Very good food!
AWARDS: Will follow the completion of round two. PROS will be paid out in cash. AMs will receive script to cash in at the club store.
