Greetings Everyone! On behalf of The Central Jersey Disc Golf Club, I thank you for registering for our upcoming Rockefeller Rumble C-Tier event at OCP. As always, Lou Garcia will serve as the primary TD, Frank Gualtieri will serve as Asst. TD and we will have several CJDGC members on hand to assist with the day's events. Below, are some day-of procedures and a general itinerary for what we hope is a great day for all players:

Check-in is from 7:30-8:30 a.m. Please do not arrive before 7:15, as it becomes stressful for our event staff to set up and best serve our players if people show up before we can get into place. When you check in, you will receive a caddy guide and a voucher that is good for the purchase of one disc valued at up to $20 from our merchandise store. This must be redeemed at check in; WE WILL NOT HONOR THIS VOUCHER AFTER THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Moreover, it is only valid for the purchase of a disc, no other merchandise and cannot be combined with payouts.

CJDGC Tags are in play. Please bring and place your tag in the provided container at check-in. If you'd like to purchase a tag to support the club, we will have them available at the table.

At approx. 8:35, we will conduct a brief player meeting to welcome you and go over the day's tournament procedures. We will be playing two rounds of 18 holes; round one will be the standard main layout and round two will feature several alternates. The exact layouts will be provided in your caddy guide. We are not divulging specifics ahead of time; all will be spelled out in your caddy guide as will OB and Mando rules. Live scoring is planned, and groups must use one other scoring method, be it UDisc or paper scorecard.

There will be a between-rounds CTP contest for several prize packages. One dollar per throw or six throws for $5. Round two will begin approximately one hour after the last card from round one is submitted. We encourage people to visit Bacoli Pizza for lunch, as they serve as one of our yearly sponsors. There is also a Quik Chek about 2 miles from the course.

Upon completion of the 2nd round, we will wrap up the CTP and process tag distribution prior to dispersing payouts.
