Autumn at Allaire- 2023

Greetings, All. On behalf of the Jersey Shore Disc Golf Club, I thank you for playing this Saturday's Autumn at Allaire event. Below are some day-of procedures we'd like players to follow to make the day run smoothly.

First, we all know of the parking challenges at Allaire. For this reason, we ask that NO ONE arrive before 7:30. We need to be able to set up and put people in place. This becomes more chaotic when people decide to show well before check-in time. Please respect this request.

Second, check-in will officially begin at 7:45. At that time, you will receive your custom stamp event disc and a one-page caddy guide with layout and other important information on the day's schedule. JSDGC tags are in play; please drop your tag in the frisbee sitting on the table!

Third, the player meeting begins promptly at 8:45. PLEASE BE PRESENT. We want to be able to thank our sponsors, preview the day's tournament procedures and take questions. Tee off will follow at approx. 9:00 a.m. A two-minute yell will be made.

The second round will begin one hour from the time the last card is submitted from round 1. Because of the parking situation, it is strongly suggested you pack a lunch and prepare to stay for the day. If you must leave for lunch, restaurant options include The Allenwood General Store 3 min away or Tony's Pizzeria about 10 minutes away in Farmingdale. Following the completion of round two, on-site awards/payouts will be made.

There is no porta-potty on site for the day's event. There are very clean bathrooms at the visitors' center down the street if you must sit!
